DESCRIPTION Cascadel is a new Indie Folk Rock project based out of Missoula Montana. Formerly playing together as The Dead & Down, this project charts a new course as they blend elements of folk, rock, and Americana with modern, melody-driven sensibilities. With Lenka Swenson on bass, David Bethke on Drums, Matt Angelo on Keys and frontman Taylor Burlage on Guitar, their sound is characterized by heartfelt lyrics, lush harmonies, and psychedelic undertones. Seattle, WA local Ray Wolff is an Alternative Folk singer-songwriter from Austin, TX. Wolff scaffolds a playful soundscape that explores what lurks beneath the surface. Through open tunings & intricate fingerstyle playing, Wolff’s melodies act as an old friend to listeners. With Indie Rock influence, their witty and gutsy lyricism makes for sweetly satirical storytelling. Wolff released an intimate LP Just Words in Autumn of 2025, recorded solo live on a nylon string guitar. Their band will debut their first studio record Leaning on Elsewhere in Fall of 2026, engineered and produced by Jordan Cunningham at Sage Arts Studio. Jacob Kynard from Pine Hill, AL has spent a few years driving around playing songs in backyards, bars, churches, nursing homes, and vape stores. He’s recording a debut album at Dial Back Sound in Water Valley, MS produced by Matt Patton (Drive-By Truckers) and featuring John Smith (Dexateens) on lead guitar. He's hoping that you'll give it a listen and that you've got a soft piece of floor for the night.
