Amanda Hardy is a songwriter/musician from the PNW. Growing up surrounded by music from the area, she found herself drawn to beautiful, haunting harmonies and powerful lyrics. Those themes became a staple in her writing as she built her music career playing in various bands and eventually moving down to LA where she formed her rock band Bexley. Now back up in Seattle, Amanda performs not only with Bexley but also as a solo artist. Playing solo allows her to venture into new musical territory while keeping true to her roots. Some of her biggest influences are Fiona Apple, Alice In Chains, the Beatles, and Wolf Alice. ___________________________________________________________ Polybanderous is a famously unknown weirdo who's achieved middling success with original songwriting. He's played in more bands, at more gigs, for fewer people than seems reasonable. But since he's never been on a reality show, you probably don't care. Blending alternative, soul, rock, and pop, he builds each song from live-looped vocals, sax, and guitar over backing drum and bass, a celebration of the collaborations behind his widely unrelatable sound.
